We do our very best in maintaining consistency and quality of our handmade products, and would like our customers to be completely happy with our products.

While all effort is made to photograph and describe our products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee every monitor will accurately depict our products' colour.

Due to the nature of handmade items as well as different yarn batches, some discrepancies and unique blemishes are expected.

If you are not completely satisfied with our product, contact us with photos and details, within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will be happy to find a solution. We will exchange, mend, or return for refund unused items.

Unfortunately we will not be able to refund shipping and handling fees. Customer are responsible for re-shipping fees.
